After working in Washington, DC as an intern with the Human Rights Campaign, I became very passionate about young people being involved politically. I realize that people have different views about issues all across the spectrum. That I can accept. What I can’t accept, however, is people that are discriminatory without cause, people that form opinions and ideas without knowing the facts. So although I no longer work in DC, I remain engaged with organizations that promote Equality, Diversity, Youth Empowerment, and Activism - Like the Stonewall Young Democrats, the Trevor Project and HRC.
