Couldn’t make it to the gym today, so I was looking for a home workout and boy did I find one. Do the warm-up in the beginning and then the whole routine (from 2:30-9:30) 3 times in a row. All you need is a towel (they say you can use a shirt, but I wouldn’t).
Best equipment-free workout I’ve found in a while! Made me sweat mucho!
