Yesterday, I was lucky enough to be the “Master of Ceremonies” for an event put on by the Stonewall Young Democrats in honor of Harvey Milk. I had never been a Master of Ceremonies before, but I guess it’s a very “Survivor macho makes me think of Gladiator” way of saying I introduced political speakers. The event itself was incredible, w/ many amazing guests at the home of Lisa Ling and Dr. Paul Song.

One of the best moments of the afternoon was meeting and introducing Stuart Milk, the nephew of the late Harvey Milk (Equal Rights Pioneer) and founder of the Harvey Milk Foundation. I’ll admit, I geek’d out a little.

The Devote Campaign interviewed David W. Ross about “I Do” and his pop star past. Along his journey of dreaming, writing, and filming “I Do,” David has become a friend to me and an inspiration for those of us trying to use our talents and abilities to change this world for the better. I’m happy to be involved with the film as an actor (playing “Craig”), and am very excited to see the response from the world to this amazing film.
